American Heath Bakery began life in a downtown Baltimore kitchen in 1989 making fresh scones for local coffee shops.

Today it is a multimillion dollar “small business”, operating in 5,400 square feet in a business park in Baltimore.

It has grown (sometimes painfully) and evolved into a premier baker of 420 different items which consist of breakfast pastry, cookies, brownies, pastries, N.Y. style bagels, croissants, sandwich bread, granola, decorated cakes and much more. All made fresh five days a week. They are known as the pre-eminent DC/Baltimore bakery with the highest quality of such an extensive selection of baked goods, sold only wholesale to coffee shops, delicatessens, hospitals, universities, caterers and food service companies.

Delivery area is greater Baltimore, Westminster up to Bel Air south to Annapolis, DC, Germantown.
